Grievances

 

Individuals who believe they have been discriminated against on the basis of disability may contact the University’s Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Office to file a complaint. Individuals must file complaints within 180 days of the most recent allegedly discriminatory act. The Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Office also maintains a list of external agencies with which complaints may be filed and the deadlines for filing such complaints.
