To view the last time your backup happened:

Click on “Scheduled Tasks” (Windows Task Scheduler”):

In this window you should see a task with "Backup" in the title and you are able to view:

1. The times the backup is scheduled to run.
2. The next time is it scheduled to run.
3. The last time it was run.
