Accommodation Review and Grievance Procedure

 

Students who have questions or concerns regarding a denial of accommodation(s), may request a review. This review will include consultation with Sue Kroeger, ADA/504 Compliance Officer.

If, after this review, a student remains concerned and believes he or she has been discriminated against on the basis of disability he or she may contact the University's Office of Institutional Equity to file a complaint. Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the most recent allegedly discriminatory act. The Office of Institutional Equity is located at 888 N.
