It is very important to inform
everyone of our Scholarship Award Program. Applications are
in the counselor's office at each of the area high schools,
Pima College
and the University of Arizona. TASL
has awarded $89,056.00 in scholarship funds since 1987.
On April 25, 1997, the University
of Arizona Disability
Resource Center presented TASL with its first Community
Recognition Award for 10 years support of students with disabilities
by providing tuition grants for students with arthritis.
Our
thanks to Carol Funckes and the staff at the Disability Resource
