Accessibility By Design
Students with disabilities are legally entitled to meaningful access to educational opportunities at the University. Individual reasonable accommodations are often used as a vehicle to provide this access, but good course design (or universal design) is another method of building in access for a variety of students while minimizing the need to treat any category of students differently.
