DRC provides disability-related accommodation services for UArizona students, employees and visitors. If you would like to request services, or you receive a request from a participant, please follow these guidelines.

  • The first time you make a request, you will be asked to provide your email address and some demographic information. These fields will be automatically populate for future requests.
  • Watch this step-by-step video if you have never made a request before or need a refresher. 
  • DRC will always work to fulfill requests, however, for greatest potential to meet your requests, please submit at least 72 hours in advance of event.
    • Requests submitted after noon, for next day assignments, may not allow enough time to find coverage.
    • Requests submitted on the weekend, a holiday or university closure, will be responded to the next business day.

Assistive Listening 

An Assistive Listening System (ALS) amplifies the sound in a room for individuals who are hard of hearing. Examples include induction loop infrared, and FM-style systems. Infrared Systems are equipped with earphones or audio-neck loops designed to reduce noise interference.
