Hello, DRC students!
We are reaching out to remind you that all remaining DRC exams (including finals)* need to be scheduled through the DRC portal by Wednesday, April 15th at 5pm, Arizona time. Any exam requests submitted after this date will be put into a late-add queue, which we will address based on our seating availability.
Please refer to the Office of the Registrar's Spring Final Exam Schedule for your assigned final exam testing dates and times. The DRC Testing Center strictly adheres to this schedule as closely as possible.
If you anticipate that your exam times will conflict with each other, please reach out to the DRC Testing Team or your Access Consultant prior to the deadline to discuss further.
Instructions for scheduling DRC exams (video tutorial available)
- Use your NetID and password to sign into the Student Login
- Under the Accommodations box, select "Test Accommodations."
- Select the appropriate course from the drop-down menu, then "Schedule an Exam."
- Select from the available exam dates or "The exam I'm scheduling is not listed." Add exam information as needed, then confirm that all information is correct.
- Select the requested testing accommodation(s), then "Add Exam Request."
Again, all DRC exam requests for the remainder of the semester* must be submitted by Wednesday, April 15th at 5pm, Arizona time.
*Exceptions:
- If you are taking online classes or have non-proctored exams (e.g., take-home exams), you do not schedule these with us.
- If you are taking CHEM 151/152, we will send you exam signup instructions shortly.
Note: We had previously announced that there would be unique scheduling instructions for those taking MATH 112. This is no longer the case. Please schedule your exam in the DRC portal as usual.
